Digital Products: At Hatch Digital, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our digital products. We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all digital products purchased from our store. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return.

Marketing Services: For our marketing services, including ads management, website development, and video/picture ads production, we do not offer refunds. We strive to deliver the highest quality of service and work closely with our clients to meet their expectations. Due to the nature of these services and the resources involved, all sales are final once the service has commenced.

Physical Products: If you purchase physical products from Hatch Digital, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. You may return or exchange the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, minus the return shipping cost if we provide a shipping label. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return.

How to Request a Refund:

Exceptions:

  • Refunds are only available for digital products purchased directly from Hatch Digital’s online store.
  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be honored.
  • Refunds for marketing services are not available once the service has commenced.
